We delivered our first ‘Dr SAMS for nurses’ at Kingston University!

We are so proud to have delivered our first ‘Dr SAMS for nurses’ suicide prevention training for Kingston University. This got off to a flying start with adult and mental health nursing students in attendance. We would like to wish them all the very best with their studies and every success for the future in their nursing careers.

‘I am really pleased that we are able to provide this valuable training to our students and staff to enable them, not only to have the practical tools for having conversations around suicide, but also the tools to consider their own self care and self compassion as they enter the nursing profession.’ – Louise Howard, Associate Professor Mental Health Nursing, Kingston University.
