The 100 Burpee Challenge: Raising Funds for Olly’s Future

We’re in awe (and slightly out of breath just watching!) as Ella Spurgeon, a former member of the Olly’s Future team, takes on a 100-burpees-a-day challenge to raise funds for our suicide prevention work.

Ella—now a brilliant personal fitness coach at Coached by Ella—has teamed up with her colleagues at Fison Fitness to complete 100 burpees every single day throughout the challenge. Their goal? To raise vital funds and awareness for Olly’s Future and the work we do to prevent suicide in young people.

“It’s tough, but knowing it’s for such an important cause keeps us going,” says Ella. “We want to show that even small daily actions can make a big difference—both for your wellbeing and for others.”

You can follow their progress on social media, where they’ve been sharing daily videos, reels, and updates. The dedication, sweat, and smiles are truly inspiring!

Every burpee completed brings us closer to saving lives. If you’d like to show your support, please consider donating to their fundraising page. Every contribution—big or small—helps us continue our mission to provide suicide prevention training, awareness, and hope for young people everywhere.

Thank you so much to Ella, the Fison Fitness team, and everyone cheering them on. You’re making a real difference, one burpee at a time.
