Supporting Good Mental health

Let’s talk openly about mental health. Whether it’s managing stress, opening up to others, or knowing when to seek help – your mental health is just as important as your physical health. The slides here are based on our ‘CareSpace:10 Techniques for Well-being’ session, which is delivered as part of Dr SAMS (Suicide Awareness in Medical Students). They are designed to help you develop and practice self-compassion and self-reflection and are based on the compassion circles model used by the NHS. If you think your organisation could benefit from one of our sessions, contact [email protected]
