Happy New Year! We are thrilled to start 2026 by welcoming Jess Estcourt as our new Interim Deputy CEO.
Jess has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and charity sectors within organisational development, change management and fundraising. Having worked closely with our founder and CEO, Ann Feloy, throughout 2025, Jess has already been instrumental in shaping our 2026–2028 Strategic Plan.
Our new three-year strategy is designed to deepen our impact while ensuring Olly’s Future remains resilient and values-driven.
We are focusing on:
- Extending our reach as a trusted provider of suicide prevention training.
- Honouring the compassion, courage and commitment that define our work.
- Building on strong foundations to strengthen our core operations.
- Ensuring our charity is strong, safe and resilient into the future.
We enter 2026 with immense gratitude for how far we’ve come and renewed optimism for the future as we continue to carry Oliver’s love and light into the world.
