Did you know that Olly’s Future has developed a 90-minute mental well-being session that’s already been delivered to over 2,500 participants? ![]()
CareSpace:10 Techniques for Wellbeing is an interactive session rooted in the NHS Compassion Circle model – a simple yet powerful approach inspired by techniques used across the NHS. It creates a safe and supportive space for open conversations about mental health, helping participants feel heard, valued and connected.
The CareSpace is also a key feature of our flagship Dr SAMS (Suicide Awareness in Medical Students) programme, which has now reached over 4,000 people across the UK – equipping them with practical tools to support their own well-being and look out for others.
