Talking about Suicide: 10 Tools (TAS:10) is a CPD-certified, 90-minute online training session designed to give you ten practical tools and the confidence to have a potentially life-saving conversation with someone you’re worried about, and to help keep them safe for now.
This session is suitable for individuals and is open to everyone; you don’t need to be part of an organisation or group to attend.

The Worthing Five Peaks Challenge 2026 took place on Saturday 5th September to raise funds for Olly’s Future’s vital work in suicide prevention.
