A beautiful Sinfonia (short symphony), inspired by Olly, went out on national radio for the first time on Monday, January 17th, 2022. The World Premier concert of ‘Seafaring Folk’ was performed by composer/conductor Jonathan Brigg and the Sussex Folk Orchestra in October to a capacity audience, raising £700 for Olly’s Future. The five movements were recorded by the BBC at the time. Ann Feloy, charity founder in memory of her son, and Eileen Sephton, orchestra leader, spoke on radio about the story behind the sinfonia and how the ‘Sea of Solitude’, the fifth and final movement, brought tears so many eyes.
